I founded Finopsify after recognising a growing need for fractional support among startups and scale-ups. ​While working closely with emerging businesses, I noticed a recurring challenge: many companies were reaching pivotal growth stages without access to the level of financial expertise they truly needed. Time and time again, I came across founders wearing too many hats, trying to manage the financial side on top of everything else, as hiring full-time senior finance professionals was often cost-prohibitive, yet the absence of strategic financial insight limited their ability to scale effectively. These founders desperately needed someone who understood the bigger picture, who could step in strategically without being a permanent headcount. ​

This realisation sparked Finopsify’s creation. I saw that what these businesses needed wasn’t just traditional accounting, but on-demand, high-impact financial leadership that could evolve with them. The fractional model Finopsify uses allows startups to access strategic finance and operational expertise flexibly, aligning resources with growth pace and business priorities.​
